ClearPass Certificates
The previous certificates that allowed wireless devices connections to the LAUSD network have reached their expiration 10-year expiration date. If you have a wireless device that is not connecting, the old certificates will have to be removed and the new ones will have to be installed.

Mac and iOS devices
  1. Open your settings app.
  2. Select Wi-Fi settings.
  3. From the list of Wi-Fi available, choose LAUSD (DO NOT CHOOSE LAUSD-Guest or LAUSD-IOT)
  4. For Username, enter your LAUSD username.
  5. For Password, enter your LAUSD email password.
  6. Click Join
  7. When Prompted with the certificate screen click Trust.
Windows devices
  1. Open your network settings.
  2. From the list of Wi-Fi available, choose LAUSD (DO NOT CHOOSE LAUSD-Guest or LAUSD-IOT).
  3. For Username, enter your LAUSD username.
  4. For Password, enter your LAUSD email password.
  5. Click Connect
Chromebook and Android devices
  1. Open the network setting in the lower right-hand corner of your Chromebook screen.
  2. From the list of Wi-Fi available, choose LAUSD (DO NOT CHOOSE LAUSD-Guest or LAUSD-IOT).
    In the settings window:
    1. Change EAP method to PEAP
    2. Under EAP Phase 2 Authentication, select MSCHAPv2.
    3. Change Server CA Certificate to Do Not Check
    4. In the Identity field, enter your full LAUSD Username.
    5. In the Password field, enter your email password.
  3. Click Connect.
 
  1. Go to the SSO Management link, once you are redirected to mylogin.lausd.net, select the role for the user you are updating the credentials for.

Users connected to the LAUSD network can view payroll information including access to all their pay stubs, time reported, tax documents such as W2 and W4 forms online from any device.
