Visitor Policy

Safety for all is the first priority at 96th Street STEAM Academy.  In alignment with LAUSD's safe campus guidelines, all visitors to 96th Street School must check in at the office before visiting a classroom.  A “Visitor’s Permit” will be issued by the office to the visitor and it must be presented to the teacher.  Any person not visibly wearing the visitor’s pass will not be allowed in a classroom.  Visitors are allowed for a reasonable time as determined by the administrator and are not to disrupt the instructional program.
